Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our Business Growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level support to the Vice President (VP) & Chief of Business Growth, enabling leadership to drive strategic initiatives and manage complex priorities.
You will sit at the heart of our leadership operations, serving as a trusted liaison and ensuring seamless coordination across global teams to help our organization unlock the value of its information, assets, and people.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Drive Executive Productivity: Manage a complex, ever-changing calendar and global travel logistics, anticipating the Vice President's needs to ensure they are prepared with the correct context and materials for every engagement.
Facilitate Leadership Operations: Coordinate high-level meetings by preparing agendas and presentations, documenting key action items, and tracking follow-ups to ensure strategic projects stay on schedule.
Serve as a Trusted Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling sensitive communications and confidential matters with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
The ideal candidate will have:
7+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally within a global or matrixed organization; Chief Suite (C-suite) exposure is preferred.
Strong knowledge of the Google Workspace suite—including Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Calendar—to manage digital operations efficiently.
Proven ability in organizational management and proactive problem-solving, with the sound judgment required to operate independently and manage multiple competing priorities.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a flexible mindset, including the ability to provide after-hours support when business needs arise.
