About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and passionate Executive Assistant to play a key support role to the National Lead Tax Partner based in Brisbane on a 9‑month maximum term contract. In this role, you’ll also contribute to broader operational initiatives in partnership with the Operations Manager. This is a fast‑paced and varied position, playing a critical role in enabling the Partner to operate effectively and focus on strategic priorities.
Beyond core executive support, you’ll also contribute to project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement across the business, as well as supporting client work through seamless coordination and communication.
Duties and responsibilities
Diary management, including scheduling meetings and managing conflicting priorities
Prepare and coordinate documentation for meetings, including agendas, reports, presentations, and accurate minute-taking with follow-up on actions
Monitor and manage email communications, flagging urgent matters
Plan and coordinate meetings, training sessions, events, travel and accommodation
Coordinate client on-boarding processes, ensuring compliance with the firm’s risk framework
Support operational activities and business processes alongside the Operations Manager
Manage expenses, billing, and general administrative tasks as required
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
About You
Previous experience in a Practice/Executive Assistant or senior administrative support role
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organisation skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
