Tekni-Plex Healthcare is seeking a proactive, service‑oriented Executive Assistant to support our Global Leadership Team. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to operate with professionalism and confidentiality. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, anticipates needs, and works independently to manage a wide range of priorities.
What You’ll Do
- Provide executive-level support to the Healthcare HR Vice President and a global leadership team of eight.
- Serve as a strategic partner by managing complex calendars, prioritizing commitments, and ensuring executive focus on top priorities.
- Coordinate international and domestic travel, agendas, itineraries, and logistics.
- Act as a trusted confidant, exercising discretion, integrity, and sound judgment.
- Streamline communication across the organization—triaging emails, drafting responses, and ensuring clarity and timely follow‑through.
- Create and maintain highly organized documentation systems to drive efficiency and reduce redundancy.
- Plan and execute meetings and events, including offsites, global team gatherings, and executive sessions.
- Track key deliverables, action items, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
- Develop and maintain global organization charts and role clarity across the division.
- Partner closely with the Tekni-Plex Executive Assistant on projects and scheduling for the Healthcare CEO.
- Support expense report review and approvals with a high level of accuracy.
- Contribute to special projects as needed.
What You Bring
- 8–10 years of experience supporting C‑suite or senior executives.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- Experience coordinating international travel.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time‑management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to interact professionally at all levels.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software tools.
- Experience in event planning and budget management is a plus.
- Spanish bilingual skills preferred, not required.

Salary range is $65,000 to $70,000 based on experience.
