Seminal is looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant (EA) to support the CEO in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support—while managing calendars, communications, and operational efficiency, the EA will also assist with sales processes, lead generation, and ensuring data integrity.

The right person will act as a force multiplier, removing low-value work from executives, optimising workflows, and supporting business execution.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Business Support

  • Manage the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, travel, and daily priorities.
  • Handle communications, draft correspondence, and coordinate key reports.
  • Maintain confidential records and assist in board and investor meeting preparation.
  • Support special projects, including research, reporting, and business administration.
  • Assist with expense tracking, invoices, and travel budget optimisation.

Sales & Operational Support

  • Assist with lead generation, prospect research, and sales pipeline tracking.
  • Maintain accurate sales and licensing data, ensuring records are up to date.
  • Support follow-ups on key partnerships, agreements, and licensing deals.
  • Identify process improvements and help streamline administrative workflows.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, ideally working with overseas stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to work flexibly across time zones and handle confidential information with discretion.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in sales, CRM management, or supporting revenue-generating activities.
  • Background in technology, arts, or creative industries.
  • Familiarity with startups, high-growth environments, or C-Suite support.
