The Role:This is a 5-day, in-office role based out of Jersey City.
We’re looking for a highly organized, strategic, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer at a fast-growing startup. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support — you’ll act as a force multiplier for the CEO, helping drive execution, alignment, and operational rigor across the company.
Over time, this role may expand to support the broader executive leadership team and take on Chief of Staff–type responsibilities, including cross-functional coordination, executive-level project management, and leadership communications.

What you’ll be doing:Partner closely with the CEO to manage priorities, calendar, and time allocation to ensure focus on high-impact work
Act as a gatekeeper and strategic filter for inbound requests, communications, and meeting requests
Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and executive summaries for key meetings
Track CEO- and executive-level priorities, decisions, and action items, ensuring consistent follow-through
Coordinate executive team meetings, leadership offsites, and planning sessions
Support cross-functional initiatives by aligning stakeholders, tracking progress, and removing blockers
Assist with preparation of leadership presentations, internal communications, and board materials
Coordinate travel and related logistics
As the company grows, provide calendar and administrative support to additional executives
Drive improvements to executive workflows, operating rhythms, and internal processes
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or similar role supporting senior leadership
Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
Strong organizational skills paired with a strategic and analytical mindset
Ability to anticipate needs, connect dots, and operate proactively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism
Comfort operating in ambiguity and managing competing priorities
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and modern productivity tools
Ability to work 5 days per week from our Jersey City office
Ability to work independently while partnering closely with executives and cross-functional leaders
A self-starter mentality with strong ownership, curiosity, and bias toward action
