Hi! We’re Search Atlas, a SaaS B2B company focused on engineering products and services that help businesses improve their performance on Google. We are a rapidly growing organization with clients from Fortune 500 companies to leading Silicon Valley tech startups. 

Search Atlas is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with a strong focus on Property Management. This individual will play a crucial role in managing our properties, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting the CEO and their family with executive and family-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee property management tasks, including guest communication, vendor coordination, and maintenance.
  • Manage special property-related projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Support the CEO and their family with general executive duties such as calendar management, logistics, and special projects.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, vendors, and internal teams to ensure high satisfaction and quality service.
  • Resolve property-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Suggest and implement proactive improvements to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Guest satisfaction and quality of experience
  • Timely response to guests, vendors, and internal requests
  • Quick issue resolution for property-related incidents
  • Accurate and on-time completion of tasks and projects, including ClickUp task management
  • Adherence to budget constraints and cost control measures
  • Effective coordination of vendors
  • Proactive suggestion and implementation of operational improvements

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in handling logistics, calendar management, and task coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • A problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience with ClickUp a huge plus!

Salary & Benefits

  • $12-16 an hour
  • 15 days PTO + Christmas Day + New Year’s Day paid off
