Role summary
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team in Bogotá. This professional will support a wide variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO and C-level executives’ ability to effectively lead the organization. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and high attention to detail, with previous experience performing administrative duties and supporting senior leadership.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage scheduling for the executive leadership team, including agendas, email coordination, calls, business travel, and stakeholder interactions
- Support meetings by preparing agendas, gathering materials, and coordinating logistics when needed
- Assist with email and communication management on behalf of C-level executives
- Coordinate complex scheduling, extensive calendar management, and flow of information to senior leadership
- Support business travel planning, ensuring adherence to company travel policies and budget
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Prepare presentations, reports, and executive communications as required
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting C-level or senior executives
- Advanced English, written and spoken
- Strong experience managing executive calendars and coordinating travel
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
Nice to have
- Fluency in Portuguese
- Experience in a Telecom / Technology / Startup environment
- Experience with additional corporate tools (Concur, Slack, travel platforms, CRM, etc.)
