This role sits within ICONIQ’s venture & growth team, which partners with founders defining the future of their industries to transform the world. The Executive Assistant will support a General Partner and Principal on the investment team. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage complex, high-volume calendars and proactively coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, often on short notice.
- Maintain and track data in Salesforce, including logging meetings and action items.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other assistants and team members at all levels of the firm.
- Implement systems that enhance administrative processes and increase team efficiency.
- Prepare and submit timely expense reports.
- Provide occasional off-hours support as needed.
- Support special projects and operational tasks as requested.
Ideal Candidate Background:
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in investment banking, private equity, or consulting.
- Experience juggling multiple calendars and managing logistics in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, with a problem-solving mindset and strong time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across diverse teams.
- Professional presence and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $125,000-$140,000 with the benefits listed above.
