As the Executive Assistant to our CFO, you’ll play a key role in supporting senior leadership and driving impactful projects. What You’ll Do
- Be the CFO’s right hand: Manage calendars, prioritize meetings, and keep everything running smoothly.
- Travel & Expenses: Coordinate itineraries and handle expense reporting with precision.
- Create Impactful Presentations: Design polished PowerPoint/Google Slides decks and visuals that tell a story.
- Keep Teams Aligned: Prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, and track action items.
- Support Key Projects: Assist with finance initiatives and leadership team deliverables.
- Leverage AI Tools: Use Microsoft Copilot and similar tools to streamline tasks and boost productivity.
- Occasional Personal Support: Handle a small number of personal tasks with discretion.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3+ years supporting C-suite or senior finance leaders.
- Tech & Design Skills: Advanced PowerPoint and strong visual design sense (portfolio required).
- Communication: Excellent English (written and spoken) with a professional tone.
- Tools: Familiarity with Outlook, Concur, and travel booking systems.
- Bonus: Background in marketing, communications, or finance; basic Excel and data visualization skills.
- Remote Ready: Comfortable working across time zones and with employer-of-record models.
- Proactive & Confidential: High discretion and ability to anticipate needs.
