Responsibilities:- Screen and direct all calls coming into the office
- Coordinate medical leadership schedule of appointments, meetings, etc.
- Transcription, general correspondence as needed
- Organize and assist in coordinating socials, meetings, conference calls and other special events
- Responsible for completing daily volume reports and trends as needed necessary by on-site Medical Director(s)
- Place reminder calls to physicians and key players at the hospitals for monthly and quarterly meetings and conference calls
- Coordinate and record all clinician CME and other required documents by the company and/or the facility
- Record minutes for meetings and conference calls
- Establish and maintain files both hard copy and electronically
- Screen, re-direct, and assist callers – patient complaints, physicians with questions, physician payroll errors, hospitals requesting information
- Assist Regional Clinical Performance Advisors with various mail outs, phone calls, etc. for the facility
- Performs general duties such as typing, operating office machines, ordering supplies and materials, etc.
- Update facility contacts and account/hospital team in Salesforce
- Create and maintain graphs and spreadsheets as needed to analyze and report data.
- Prepare reports/letter in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Assists with any special projects and other duties that arise.
- Run reports and data from the EMR.
- Any other duties deemed necessary by management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Exceptional attention to detail.
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma, required.
WORK EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years of applicable administrative experience, preferably in medical practice, hospital, or other clinical environment.
