Eden Holdings Philippines Inc. is looking for a highly organized and dedicated Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to our executive leadership team, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and possesses excellent communication skills, with a proven track record in administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage busy executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events while ensuring optimal time management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening calls and managing information flow efficiently.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required, maintaining a high standard of accuracy and presentation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring all logistics are in place for smooth travel.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including agenda setting, material preparation, and minute taking.
- Maintain confidential files and documents, ensuring proper handling of sensitive information.
- Assist with various projects and initiatives, providing administrative support and tracking progress as needed.
- Occasionally work late hours to support executive needs and respond to urgent matters.
- Foster a collaborative office environment while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
RequirementsKey Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including late nights when necessary.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
