We're hiring an Executive Assistant to support the CEO across both companies. You'll handle operations, communications, and project coordination.
This is a high-ownership role. You manage your own work, build systems to stay organized, and communicate proactively. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and like variety, this is a good fit.
Responsibilities

  • Inbox and calendar management
  • CRM and contact database maintenance
  • Draft emails and communications (investors, customers, vendors)
  • Track project progress and follow up with team members
  • Coordinate across both companies
  • Handle customer service inquiries
  • Document preparation and review
  • Build SOPs and improve workflows
Requirements
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • 4+ years work experience [let’s have 2 years as a minimum]
  • Reliable internet with backup plan
  • Quality camera and video setup
  • Available during US Pacific hours
  • Modern PC or laptop with enough RAM (16+ Gigs pref.) to run several Apps simultaneously. (Chrome, and Slack etc.)

Strong Preferences
  • Project management experience
  • Startup experience
  • Experience with Notion or similar tools
  • Quality headset and quiet workspace
Nice to Have
  • SaaS or software company experience
  • EA, admin, or ops background
