We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join us. As an Executive Assistant you will support our executive leadership team. In this role, you will manage calendars across multiple time zones, plan travel, coordinate meetings and events, and act as a trusted partner in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across the organization.
- Minimum of 4 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proven ability to manage calendars and provide support for senior management effectively
- High level of English - must
- Multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting demands
- High proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and discretion
- A team player who works well with others, builds positive relationships, and contributes to a collaborative work environment
- A proactive and creative thinker who anticipates needs, solves challenges, and continuously looks for ways to improve workflows
