This role sits within ICONIQ's Venture and Growth team, working as part of a multi-support team supporting a Firm Partner. You are a sharp, experienced, and professional Executive Assistant and will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations across a dynamic calendar of meetings and global travel—providing high-level support in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
What You’ll Do
- Own and proactively manage a complex, evolving, high-volume calendar across multiple time zones, ensuring priorities are clearly aligned and time is optimized.
- Seamlessly coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and proactive planning to anticipate needs.
- Ensure the seamless flow of the partner’s day to day activities, anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise.
- Proactively and strategically coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring the right context, preparation and follow through.
- Partner closely with a multi support team to deliver coordinated, high-quality support and coverage.
- Manage and coordinate high volume network gifting initiatives, including thoughtful selection, logistics and tracking to support relationship building across the firm’s ecosystem.
- Implement and follow systems that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of administrative and operational processes
- Provide additional operational and administrative support as needed.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3+ years in an executive administrative support role with experience in managing complex calendars, travel, and day to day administrative operations.
- Experience supporting C-level executives in Private Equity, Investment Banking, and/or Consulting environments preferred.
- Strong experience booking and managing complex travel is required; familiarity with private charter flights is a plus.
- Desire to learn and work as a team player in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
- Superior communication skills, unquestioned integrity, and experience, confidence, and presence to work with colleagues at all levels of the firm, including external counterparts.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and solution- and detail-oriented.
- Positive attitude; no task too big or too small.

Location: Applicants are expected to work onsite in our Palo Alto, with the ability to be in person at our San Francisco office as needed, in accordance with our hybrid working policy.
Compensation Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $125,000 - $140,000 together with the benefits listed above.
