We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to join our team in Adelaide, Australia. In this crucial role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive leadership, ensuring efficient operations and seamless communication.
- Manage executive schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate and organize events, conferences, and meetings as required
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Knowledge of office procedures and operations
- Familiarity with travel arrangements and scheduling
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
- Interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset
- Market leading Parental Leave: Allows either carer to take 26 weeks of leave, flexibly, until a child is two years of age. A six-month minimum service requirement for new starters applies. We also make full superannuation contributions for up to 12 months (including unpaid parental leave).
