About the Role:
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, travel arrangements, meetings, and general day-to-day support for the Global AD and her direct reports.
- Document Preparation: Create and maintain reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials.
- SharePoint & Records Management: Maintain CW & CW-SCB SharePoint sites, ensuring data accuracy, version control, and compliance.
- Coordination & Logistics: Organize events, workshops, team activities, and liaise with vendors and stakeholders for bookings and invoicing.
- Team & Financial Support: Track expenses and budgets, support onboarding, manage travel profiles, and assist with Manila visit coordination.
About You:
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration (or related field) or equivalent work experience; proven background in administrative or team support roles.
- Skilled in MS Office Suite and collaboration tools like Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint.
- Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a high level of discretion in handling confidential information.
- Experience in corporate/international settings, familiarity with CW platform tools, and a proactive, independent work style.
