We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support in Founder's Office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:- Manage executive calendars and schedule meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist in the preparation of reports, budgets, and presentations
- Anticipate the needs of the executives and proactively solve problems
- Liaise with other team members to ensure efficient communication flow
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administration, Customer Service or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Fluent in both Cantonese and English are required, fluent in Mandarin is a plus
