    Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment? We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support our Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) and play a pivotal role in enabling the success of our scientific leadership team.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

    As the Executive Assistant to the CSO, you’ll be the operational backbone of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Executive Support: Seamlessly manage the CSO’s calendar, travel arrangements, and meetings. Anticipate needs and handle details to avoid rework and maximize productivity.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between the CSO and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships across teams.
    • Meeting & Event Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of departmental meetings, leadership presentations, and team events.
    • Presentation & Project Support: Prepare high-quality collateral (PowerPoint presentations, reports, etc.) and assist in tracking strategic initiatives and projects.
    • Office Management: Oversee daily office activities and provide administrative support, including purchase orders, invoice processing, and contract management.
    • Team Collaboration: Build trusted relationships across the organization and serve as a reliable back-up to other assistants when needed.
    QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS

    We’re looking for someone who brings both professionalism and personality to the role. The ideal candidate will have:

    • Fluent English – essential, as all work is conducted in English
    • Advanced Czech – for internal communication with colleagues
    • Proficiency in MS Office – especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently while building strong relationships across teams
