About the RoleThe Executive Assistant (EA) in our Cambridge office supports the executive suite through strategic calendar management, project coordination, clear communication, and proactive organization. They are also responsible for coordinating all travel, demonstrating an acute attention to detail. The ideal candidate has expertise in directly serving executive level leadership, a strong sense of discretion, and good independent judgement.

What You’ll DoManage executive calendars, priorities, and scheduling to ensure alignment and clear communication.
Build systems to keep workflows organized and information flowing efficiently across teams.
Coordinate executive travel, logistics, and event planning for smooth execution of key initiatives.
Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-ups for meetings, offsites, and leadership sessions.
Support internal communications by drafting updates, announcements, and leadership messages.
Partner on strategic planning by translating executive goals into actionable priorities and follow-ups.
Conduct targeted research to inform strategic decisions and special projects.
Handle light legal administration (NDAs, vendor agreements) in coordination with Legal and Finance.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accountability, operational rhythm, and progress on key initiatives.
3-5 years of experience directly serving executive level leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
Extensive experience with Google Suite, especially Google Calendar.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
Ability to think on your feet, be independently resourceful, and thrive in grey areas.
Deep understanding of executive operations of the tech industry.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and execute on complex projects.
Background in travel coordination and building relationships with hotels & venues.
Sharp attention to detail.
Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion.
Must be eligible to work in the US.
Must be able to work 5 days per week at our Cambridge office.

Annual base salary of $100,000 - $140,000
