Our founder Nasrin https://www.linkedin.com/in/nasrinm/ is looking for a highly ambitious and highly skilled EA who can put on different hats and help around with everything our founders need! Every day, you'll get to solve very unique, highly complex, and socially impactful problems. This is an early-stage startup, so we'll be moving super-fast. Whatever you do every hour of every day counts and you will learn new things every day!!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with managing the flow of day-to-day work
- Assist with business development matters including marketing efforts
- Conducting research on potential clients/industries
- Managing Verneek's office
- Managing social media
- Managing company events and travel arrangements
- Assist with presentations and written documents
- Assist with meetings and actionable items
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent writing skills
- Working knowledge of basic computer software including Google Workspace, ranging from GMail to Google Slides, and beyond
- Working knowledge of the Mac Operating System (for using a Macbook laptop)
- Working knowledge of managing social media pages, ranging from LinkedIn to TikTok
- Work authorization in the USA at the time of hire

Annual Salary Range: $40K-$80K
