The Role
As an Executive Assistant, you will play an integral role in driving the smooth execution of daily activities and supporting strategic initiatives, ensuring efficiency and cohesion across the organisation. Acting as a key support to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you’ll manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and handle critical administrative responsibilities with discretion and efficiency. Your proactive mindset, organisational expertise, and keen attention to detail will be instrumental in driving productivity and supporting strategic priorities across the business.
Responsibilities
Manage the Directors calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Supporting Senior Directors who are part of the DNTS leadership team
Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members, as required
Assist with the preparation and coordination of company events, offsites and meetings
Maintain electronic and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist staff with expenses
Attending weekly/ monthly nuclear/quarterly nuclear meetings to record/ distribute actions
Supporting the Nuclear team raising invoices/ Financial Invoices (FI’s) and P Card payments for events & Company memberships. This includes liaising with the procurement/ Accounts team and the suppliers to ensure payment is made quickly and efficiently
Working co-operatively with colleagues/ peers, providing support and cover as required
Working co-operatively/ building strong relationships with clients EA’s
What We Need
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, MS Teams) and ability to learn new software systems quickly
Strong organisational and time management abilities, with exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
