JOB PURPOSE
Provide the highest level of administrative and organizational support to a set of executives in a fast-paced environment in our Personal Care organization. This position will manage calendar, travel, expense reporting and meeting coordination and prep for the PC NA MMC and US Media teams.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
- Manage day to day schedules and conflicts in such a way that the executive can complete their obligations in an organized, efficient way.
- Proactively manage calendars based on business priorities, current projects, and team needs
- Coordinate internal and external meetings including but not limited to leadership team meetings, all company meetings, off-site meetings, agency meetings, one-on-one meetings, etc.
- Manage internal meeting agendas as needed, including pre-reads and notes
- Oversee the detailed coordination and booking of travel and all travel related itineraries
- Effectively interface with employees as well as Senior Executives inside and outside the company
- Manage planning and logistics of townhalls etc
- Assist with food orders, luncheon planning, and planning of other business related meetings as requested
- Assist with donation and product requests in liaising with brands
- Assist with PowerPoint presentations
- Other administrative and project duties as requested
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- BS or BA required, or equivalent years of experience in related field
- Agile, organized, proactive, problem-solver, who shows great attention to detail.
- Results oriented with a can-do mindset
- Adaptable in managing evolving priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills within a process oriented, team environment
- Strong relationship management skills, ability to build a personal network throughout the company
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Professional, cordial, courteous
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

Pay: The pay range for this position is $58,200.00 - 87,400.00. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
