About the role:
The Executive Assistant, provides advanced administrative and secretarial services to the organization. This role supports high-level executives by managing schedules, keeping relationships with Trade Associations, preparing documents and facilitating communication, contributing to the smooth operation of the executive office. Ideally the candidate should have good project management skills.

Skills and qualifications:
- Degree in Economics or Similar
- Fluent in Italian
- Fluent in English

Extensive knowledge and advanced skills in various processes, procedures, and systems are essential. Your role will often require strategic communications with external and internal stakeholders, and you will work autonomously with minimal supervision, occasionally mentoring less experienced team members.
