We're on the hunt for an experienced an Executive Assistant. A successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality personal and administrative assistance to SVP of Neuro Solutions, in support of the Neuro Solutions Leadership Team.
What you’ll do at Elekta
The Executive Assistant responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Support and assist the SVP of Neuro solutions and leadership team with diary management, presentations, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and business email handling.
- Follow the agenda of the SVP activities and support the prioritisation.
- Communicate effectively with the management team of the SVP of Neuro solutions and handle urgent communication.
- Identify the business priorities of the mailing box of the SVP of Neuro solutions and ensure these are addressed.
- Manage expense duties and check expenses of direct reports.
- Arrange internal and external meetings, trainings, workshops, and events, source venue for appropriate meeting room(s), accommodation and travel, catering, entertainment/team building, restaurants, or private dining.
- Neuro organization events, offsites - planning & communication.
- Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements for the SVP of Neuro solutions office when necessary. Ensuring appropriate hotels, transport, parking, car hire are all organized, all within the Company Travel Policy.
- Handle and challenge approvals on expenses of the Management team and purchases approvals requests addressed to the SVP of Neuro Solutions .
- General Administration: filing, photocopying, scanning, meeting room supplies

What you’ll bring
- Senior Executive Assistant Experience
- Professional, confidential, conscientious, and reliable with strong organizational skills
- Computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Excellent in written and spoken English and Swedish
