Sisense is looking for a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO. This pivotal role provides high-level administrative support, helping drive operational efficiency, prioritization, and time management for the CEO. You’ll also play a hands-on role in ensuring smooth office operations and a great employee experience.

What You'll Be Doing:- Manage and optimize the CEO’s dynamic calendar and daily schedule to ensure key priorities stay on track.
- Coordinate complex internal and external meetings, including leadership sessions, board meetings, investor meetings, and offsites.
- Arrange and manage comprehensive travel itineraries and logistics (domestic and international).
- Provide light administrative support to other senior executives (e.g., scheduling, travel coordination, etc.) as needed.
- Handle highly confidential information with professionalism, integrity, and sound judgment.
- Act as a point of contact and gatekeeper for the CEO, ensuring seamless communication flow.
- Partner closely with the Chief of Staff to align priorities, manage special projects, and support CEO-driven initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience supporting a CEO or C-level executive, preferably in a tech or high-growth company.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Native-level fluency in English (written and verbal) and at least conversational Hebrew.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high discretion.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Tech-savvy and experienced in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar).
- Willingness to occasionally work US hours when the CEO is traveling.
- Availability to work in the office at least two days per week (Tel Aviv office).
