We are searching for an Executive Assistant who will become the operational right hand to our founders. You will own their calendars, orchestrate travel and meeting logistics, help with personal errands, purchase supplies, coordinate events and off‑sites, and partner closely with our Operations Manager to keep the Telegraph Hill office running smoothly. The rhythm of the work can be intense and fast‑moving; your north star is to anticipate needs before they surface, and eliminate friction.

Preferred qualifications:- Experience working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
- Prior experience supporting C‑level executives in a venture‑backed startup
- Comfort negotiating with vendors and managing complex calendars across time zones
- Demonstrated success planning multi‑day off‑sites or customer events
- Proficiency with modern productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Notion, Brex, Airtable).

The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 – $200,000 USD.
