Job Summary
How You Will Contribute
- Manages secretarial administration include arranging appointments, meetings and travel itineraries.
- Assist in event management of team meetings. These team meetings comprise of onsite, offsite or remote meetings for either Country or Regional Functional Leaders, commercial team engagement initiatives support, coordination of special events.
- Assist in projects and follow through on commercial related activities and documentation for customers are also key accountabilities of this role
What You Will Need To Be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant industry.
- At least 5 year’s experiences in administrative support and proven track record in business coordination, calendar management, travel arrangement, and team activities planning.
- Well versed in MS Office and SAP, any other software application skills will be a plus.
- You should have excellent verbal and written communication in English, Thai and proficiency in any other languages will be an added advantage.
