Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
- Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including email and phone inquiries.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences.
- Assist with personal tasks and ad hoc projects as needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
