The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to join our San Francisco hub to help achieve our ambitious goals. They must be located near our SF hub and are expected to be able to go into the SF office 2 to 3 times per week.

As an Executive Assistant, your primary responsibilities will be supporting our CEO and helping ensure that company goals and objectives are met and operations run efficiently.

As an Executive Assistant, you will:

  • Amplify the impact of our CEO, by seeing the bigger picture, driving new initiatives, and proactively solving challenges before they occur.
  • Orchestrate key work and critical projects to ensure executive priorities and goals are met.
  • Streamline workflows, processes, meeting cadences, tools (mostly Coda!), calendars, and communications to enhance productivity at the leadership level.
  • Manage external relationships, including investors, board members, press, partners, customers, and other influencers.
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including—but not limited to—scheduling, booking travel, event planning, managing expenses and budgets, and more!
  • Manage communication between the operating team and Grammarly team members, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.

Grammarly takes a market-based approach to compensation, which means base pay may vary depending on your location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations.

Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.

Zone 1: $123,000 – $169,000/year (USD)
