About the role

Electrolux Group seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to proactively provide high-level administrative support to 1-2 C-level executives.

This is a critical role, and you will often be the first point of contact with people from inside and outside the organization. You will contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried out timely and efficiently. The work is highly collaborative and entails interacting with Senior Executives around the globe.

This role requires high discretion and confidentiality as you will have detailed knowledge of the organization's operations, procedures, and people.

Location: This is a full-time position, based at our Global Headquarters in Stockholm/Stadshagen (Sweden).

At our Global Headquarters in Stockholm/Stadshagen (Sweden) we are 60+ nationalities under the same roof and we enjoy the look and feel of the office! 

You will be part of a dynamic international team where English is the natural language.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule management: proactively coordinate and maintain the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and organize events

  • Communication handling: review, prioritize, and respond to emails; act as liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders

  • Travel arrangements: plan and book travel, accommodations, and handle travel-related expenses

  • High-level administrative support: provide support such as approvals of SAP invoices, Concur expense reports, IT requests

  • Meeting support: coordinate and deliver logistics for meetings, video conferences, gatherings, events etc.

  • Interface with group management: communicate, collaborate and coordinate with group management executive assistants

  • Interface with external stakeholders and their executive assistants (communication, coordination of meetings and travel etc.)

Experience and skill requirements

  • Proven experience from a multinational business company as a Senior Executive Assistant with solid experience in supporting senior executive management

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Excellent planning and organizing skills, attention to detail

  • Experience in managing highly confidential information professionally

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Nice to have: intermediate Swedish
