Job Purpose:
Our Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of daily operations, strategic initiatives, and key business priorities. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant serves as a trusted partner to the CEO, managing complex schedules, communications, and critical projects while fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
● Manage the CEO’s calendar including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements while anticipating conflicts and ensuring alignment with priorities.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality.
● Prepare and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for the CEO.
● Attend key meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution.
● Provide strategic administrative support by assisting with decision-making through research, analysis, and preparation of briefing materials.
● Support the CEO in preparing for board meetings, leadership team meetings, and company-wide communications.
● Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, ensuring efficient itineraries and seamless logistics.
Additional Responsibilities & Qualifications:
● 7+ years of experience in an executive support role, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
● Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Work Experience:
● 5-10 years of related job experience.● Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure, and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment.● Experience of planning, managing and organizing resources within short/medium timescales within the overall policy framework.● Must be highly motivated, flexible and deadline driven.● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.● The ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
Education:
● Bachelor's Degree Preferred
