Horizon Sports and Experiences (HS&E) was created to provide a differentiated and comprehensive approach for clients engaging in sports and experiential marketing. With a fully-integrated service model, HS&E includes a core focus on IP creation and monetization, strategic advisory and consulting, media rights, sponsorship, sales, and experiential strategy and activation – transforming marketers' ability to more seamlessly and effectively leverage their brand assets, content, and engagement strategies to drive increased growth.
What You'll Do
- Oversee agency Chief Growth Officer schedule (and plan logistics including calls, select e-mail/text correspondence, travel, IT needs, other admin tasks)
- Schedule client meetings
- Prepare and secure monthly reports as directed
- Schedule standing weekly & monthly meetings with key stakeholders
- Support agency growth strategy/initiative efforts as directed
- Handle all work-flow follow-up on internal/external activity as directed
- Schedule, support and organize agenda for new business weekly sales calls and new business development
- Prepare and participate in new business sales brainstorm sessions as directed
- Research business/marketing strategy of upcoming agency prospects
- Research potential prospects in targeted/defined growth categories
- Build decks for sales presentations and work with internal creative team as needed
- Manage the timing and execution of custom (impactful) new business presentation
Who You Are
- Ability to understand client/brand objectives & challenges (strategic marketing)
- Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Extremely organized and detail oriented while working in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure
- A story-teller that can create a presentation from conception through completion
- Great interpersonal skills; proactive, flexible and a strong decision-making ability
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize workload
- A strong writer/editor of internal and external correspondence
Preferred Skills & Experience
- BA/BS or with administrative assistant experience for a senior-level executive
- Knowledge of the advertising/media landscape
- Knowledge of virtual meeting programs (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.)
- Expert with Microsoft Office suite, with a proven track record of creating PowerPoint presentations and building story arcs

Salary Range
$80,000.00 - $120,000.00
A successful applicant’s actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual’s skill sets, experience, training, education, licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role. As an organization, we take an aptitude and competency-based hiring approach.
