Key Responsibilities:
- Develop: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns for social media, email, and events.
- Analyze & Optimize: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, researching trends and improvements.
- Monitor & Manage: Manage client inboxes, schedule social media posts, and support content organization.
- Collaborate: Work with internal teams to ensure brand alignment and support marketing activities.
- Feedback & Improvement: Stay updated on trends, contribute ideas, and suggest ways to optimize marketing performance.
Requirements:
- Knowledge & Experience: At least 4 years minimum proven English-speaking EA/VA experience (mandatory), and a solid understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Skills: Strong organizational, attention to detail, and content management skills (minimum B2 English proficiency).
- Attributes: Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.
