The Role:
- Work on time-sensitive and high-priority topics, ensuring proper follow-up and keeping an eye on operational expenses.
- Manage multiple responsibilities at once by focusing on one task while being able to track and prioritize other tasks.
- Maintain the calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Organise staff and business meetings and prepare supporting documents.
- Act as a liaison among employees, clients, and other external partners.
- Work directly with the CEO to support all aspects of his daily work routine.
What we are looking for:
- 2 to 4 years of prior EA experience or relevant experience is a must.
- Proactive problem solver with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be well organized, have great time management skills, and ability to multi-task.
- Basic computer and office equipment skills.
- Maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
