All about the role:

We are now searching for an engaged Executive Assistant for Expat SVP Executive to enhance executive effectiveness by providing administrative and management support. 50% end to end executive assistant  tasks and 50% office/ facility management.

You will be based in our Bangkok, Thailand Electrolux regional office.

What you’ll do:

  • Arrange and coordinate all executive travel arrangements and expenses. 
  • Executive calendar management.
  • Support executive time and energy management. 
  • To prepare and manage internal and external meetings, conference/video meetings, meeting room reservations. Eventually taking notes and follow-up.
  • Filling documents. contracts and templates on behalf of the executive(s) 
  • Process invoices for payment.
  • Handle highly sensitive information with integrity and in a confidential manner.
  • Administrative duties such as preparing documents for courier, delivery, stationery, faxing, copying, binding.
  • Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s)
  • Create and update PowerPoint materials when required.
  • Other admin and office management tasks as required.

Who you are:

  • Recent experience from an international environment as a Management/ Executive Assistant with minimum 5 years solid experience supporting senior leaders
  • Experience of professionally managing highly confidential information
  • Experience in handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, office management and/or experience in hospitality industry is a plus
  • Good working knowledge of digital workplace tools ( MS Office etc)
  • Fluent in English and Thai
