This role is within Chamberlain Group's Executive Administrative Support Services function. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Prepare reports, correspondence, proposals, meeting materials and presentations;
organize, review, edit and distribute communications; receive and screen phone calls, visitors and mail and (ii)Manage multiple calendars, including scheduling appointments and providing itineraries. Education
requirements include: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; Experience requirements include: 6+ years of
relevant work experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Prepare reports, correspondence, proposals, meeting materials and presentations; organize, review, edit and distribute communications; receive and screen phone calls, visitors and mail

Manage multiple calendars, including scheduling appointments and providing itineraries

Manage meeting planning including: scheduling meetings and preparing agendas; anticipate and coordinate needs for meeting such as logistics, equipment, catering, etc.; on occasion, may need to take and distribute meeting minutes

Maintain accuracy of organizational charts, mailing lists and contact lists

Maintain a variety of files and reports; identify opportunities when automation would assist in the overall operations of the group or department

Coordinate all aspects of travel (flights, transportation, hotels, directions, etc.), including international travel

Handle highly confidential and critical information

Manage office space needs and requirements; support new hire on-boarding by setting up office space, arrange for equipment, supplies, etc.

Process invoicing and prepare purchase orders; compile and submit expense reports, budget and analyses, and review any reconciliation of invoices

This position requires regular and predictable on-site attendance and the ability to work the particular shift and/or schedule to which you are assigned, as well as additional hours as needed.

Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

Minimum Qualifications
Education/Certifications:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Experience:
6+ years of relevant work experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Moderate to advanced acumen with Microsoft Office Suite; outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including grammar and proofreading; strong attention to details with an emphasis on organization and prioritization skills

The pay range/rate of pay for this position is $53,100.00 - $98, 625.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
