  • Coordinate and oversee comprehensive domestic and international travel arrangements, handling expense reports efficiently
  • Oversee the expense management, including preparing, submitting, and reconciling expense reports while ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and timely reimbursement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and projects. Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports to support decision-making processes. Anticipate needs and proactively identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • You have 2-3 years of professional experience: and you have interest in growing as an EA over the next 2 years with a desire to take on increasingly complex projects across the organization
  • You're exceptionally detail oriented: You never let anything fall through the cracks, closing every loop, and spotting every error
  • Ability to be proactive and take initiative
  • Prior experience working for a C-Suite executive or senior leader within a company preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to pivot at a moment's notice
  • Ability to multitask
