About the Role
Ogilvy is seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our New York office, supporting a senior level executive. This opportunity requires a strategic partner who can seamlessly manage constantly evolving administrative needs administrative needs that require heavy communication with both internal and external industry professionals on a global scale. Our ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior-level leaders in an ever-changing environment innately understand key priorities and provide creative solutions to positively impact our work.
What You’ll Do
- Manage executive's workflow and implement processes/systems to help optimize efficiency.
- Provide strategic, sophisticated calendar management based on an innate understanding of key priorities and objectives.
- Schedule a high-volume of meetings/events and assist in planning leadership team offsites.
- Book sophisticated and ever-changing travel itineraries.
- Attend meeting take detailed notes and action items, follow up on tracking these items.
- Utilize good judgment and discretion in handling critical and confidential matters.
- Focus on delivering an outstanding experience for internal and external audiences.
- Manage multiple task lists, seeing them through to completion, often under tight deadlines.
- Lead and complete special high-touch projects as required.
- Ability to form strong working relationships with key partners across all levels of the organization.
What You’ll Need
- Previous experience in an administrative support role to a senior-level leader in a ever-evolving environment is a must. C-level experience preferred.
- Experience navigating and seamlessly executing complex travel requests and calendar management.
- Must possess strong administration/office skills, highlighting professional and respectful demeanor including business etiquette, answering phones, and ability to field requests (as a “gatekeeper”).
- Proactive ownership mentality, proven organizational skills and strong attention to details to execute at a high level with minimal direction.
- Efficient use Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook for scheduling and communication, and preparation of documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A creative, strategic problem solver with an interest in the bigger picture.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. Pay Range
$50,000—$105,000 USD
