Conagra Brands is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Executive Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer. As part of the Supply Chain team, you will perform a variety of administrative responsibilities for Chief Supply Chain Officer and other key supply chain leaders. Additionally, you will assist in the documentation and maintenance of supply chain related business continuity plans.
You will have contact with numerous partners and will maintain high standards of professionalism, efficiency, communication, discretion and independent judgment. In working with internal and external contacts, including board members, you will deal with a wide range of highly sensitive issues under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The dynamic nature of this role requires that you have exemplary time management skills and the ability to identify and anticipate the needs of the Chief Supply Chain Officer. The role must work with a professional demeanor across a broad range of individuals including members of the senior leadership team, board members, leaders that report to Chief Supply Chain Officer and executive assistants of SLT.
You Will:

Provide administrative support to the Chief Supply Chain Officer and other key supply chain leaders.

Be responsible for scheduling and managing the calendar including prioritizing and resolving related conflicts and competing demands, proactively scheduling important meetings with internal and external partners, with a sense of urgency and the utmost confidentiality.

Organize and coordinate travel and related requirements to include flight tickets, hotel bookings, expense reports.

Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner with speed, routing them to the appropriate individuals, and organizing catering.

Independently administer several assigned responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and excellent customer service.

Contribute to the excellent reputation of the organization through professional, friendly and respectful interactions internally and externally.

Proofreads, answers, and composes routine correspondence both handwritten and electronic, including board communications and other related materials for senior management; prepare selective summaries and any follow-up actions for the Chief Supply Chain Officer.

Undertake special assignments/projects on a wide variety of issues as requested by the Chief Supply Chain Officer.

Provide support in arranging meetings including collation of speaking notes or briefing notes, handling logistics, such as conference registrations, room reservations (internal and external), and local travel.

Attend various supply chain related meetings and document meeting minutes

Assist the Sr. Director Supply Chain Governance & Risk in documenting business continuity plans
You Have:
-
Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field, or relevant experience.

7+ years supporting C- Level Executives.

Integrity, great attention to detail and excellent organizational skills under pressing time constraints.

Interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional, friendly, and cordial relationships with team members, including staff, board members and external partners.

Highly resourceful team-player with the ability to be effective independently.

Ability to deal with ambiguity, change and a dynamic business environment.

Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.

Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to several competing demands, and demonstrate exceptional customer/client service and response.

Expert level written and verbal communications.

Compensation:
Pay Range:$69,000-$97,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
