About The Role
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Head of Revenue. Someone who is excited about being a creative problem solver, calendar Tetris master, and a challenger of the status quo - always looking to identify and execute on organizational opportunities for improvement.
You'll have the opportunity be a significant impact on the entire company and use your creative mind to help support our leaders and in turn, make their teams more efficient and successful.
What we are looking for
- Provide strategic administrative and project management support
- Possess the organizational skills to proactively manage calendars, to-dos, external meetups, and travel needs for your executives.
- Inbox management & shadowing. Excellent communications skills & ability to prioritize, take action, and draft emails on behalf of your executive for both internal and external parties.
- Assist your executive in project managing business-critical initiatives as needed.
- Deep understanding and knowledge of go-to-market functions and sales leadership dynamics.
- Must be extremely adaptable to the ever-changing needs of a fast-growing technology company.
- Provide support to overall people team programs
- Ability to work flexibly in terms of responsibilities and responsiveness.
About You
- Minimum of 2+ years of recent, full-time administrative support, reporting to 1 or more executives, managing the calendar, expenses, and travel of a C-level executive or similar.
- Must be based in New York City and able to go into the office three days a week.
- Trustworthy - must have the utmost discretion with access to sensitive company and personal information
- Must be highly organized, efficient, and possess an ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment with extraordinary attention to detail.
- Enjoys working with executives in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – poised, professional, bright, and articulate, as you will be representing the personal “brand” of this executive to many external partners across a wide variety of industries.
- Quick learner. Able to figure out new systems and adapt rapidly.
- Self-driven & possesses a high degree of autonomy. Comfortable with ambiguity.
- A proven ability to drive projects forward while simultaneously multitasking in an environment with shifting priorities.
- Problem solver - be able to actively find a creative solution efficiently and proactively.
- You enjoy working cross-functionally and approach tasks with a positive mindset.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $115,000-130,000 USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy. We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10 year post-termination exercise window.
