The Executive Assistant for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for providing administrative support to the multiple executives including projects, complex calendar management, and domestic/international travel.
This position is part of the team located in Chaska, MN and will be onsite. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Complete a variety of administrative tasks for multiple executives, including managing extremely active calendars; completing expense reports and purchase orders; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel domestically and internationally, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for meetings.

Lead the immersion planning process for all executive level onboarding, which includes identifying, scheduling, planning and executing a variety of meetings, trainings and other various critical activities, that ensures the successful integration of executives.

Provide a bridge for smooth communication between executives and internal departments, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.

Communicate directly and as needed on behalf of the executives.

Manage and coordinate events and executive meetings, from recurring staff meetings, internal/external customer groups and other meetings as needed. Provides project management, budget management, logistics, IT coordination, and all other support required for these various events and meetings.
The essential requirements of the job include:

High School degree or equivalent with 5+ years senior executive level administrative experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications including PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Teams and Excel (ability to build pivot tables and other useful reporting analytics upon request)
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

Travel 5% per business needs
It would be a plus if you have the following:
