Join our dynamic team where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the seamless operations of one or more departments. Under the guidance of a supportive manager, you'll engage in a variety of administrative tasks that keep the business running smoothly. From creating and sharing reports to managing vital business data, crafting professional correspondence, and serving as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, this role offers a diverse and engaging work environment for those seeking to make a meaningful impact.

  • Provides advanced, diversified, and confidential administrative support to a member of Cencora's Management Team.
  • Executes general administrative tasks including mail handling, typing, filing, and phone answering.
  • Composes and types correspondence and presentations for internal and external distribution.
  • Establishes and manages office files, schedules appointments, and organizes meeting rooms as necessary.
  • Supports department managers in meeting preparations.
  • Gathers information from multiple sources and utilizes it for tasks such as report generation.
  • Submits information, documents, or reports to various departments for processing as needed.
  • Audits and maintains various reports, rectifying errors, inconsistencies, or discrepancies, and communicates modifications to relevant personnel.
  • Monitors and manages various email boxes and calendars, taking appropriate actions as necessary.
  • Ensures department schedules and calendars are up to date.
  • Updates and maintains essential business information in computer systems or departmental files.
  • Assists with both scheduled and ad-hoc projects within the department.
  • Procures office and/or warehouse supplies based on requirements.
  • Processes personnel/payroll information for assigned pay groups or department associates.
  • Engages regularly with inter-departmental associates and management to address workload issues.
  • Offers backup support for other administrative associates within the department.
  • Handles inquiries and requests in a professional manner.
  • Cultivates positive and professional relationships with associates and management.
  • Adheres to all relevant policies, procedures, safety regulations, and rules.
  • Executes additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a two-year Associate's Degree Program or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires a minimum of four (4) years directly related experience.

  • Strong understanding of various systems used to support the DC Operations and Primary Duties listed above such as SAP, PkMS, Kronos, Workday, Qlickview, Metastorm, and Labor Managemetn, etc.
  • Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices
