Responsibilities:
- Be highly responsive to requests; providing fast, accurate, and thoughtful replies to requests and following up on action items on behalf of the managing partner as appropriate.
- Scheduling and calendar management including coordination of meetings.
- Provide effective and expeditious meeting coordination including agendas, notes, action items and follow-ups.
- Screen and respond to phone calls and emails as appropriate. Handle incoming/outgoing packages and mail.
- Successfully execute deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting correspondence, preparing presentations, and other tasks that support the managing partner's effectiveness.
- Prepare engagement letters, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other requested documents.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Track and reconcile personal bills, health insurance claims and charitable contributions for the managing partner.
- Manage special projects and take on additional duties as needed.
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- 6+ years of executive level administrative experience, preferably in the professional services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Problem-solving, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to act as gatekeeper and escalate relevant information to managing partner as needed.
- Ability to work effectively with attention to detail with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment, readily adapting to continually changing priorities & deadlines.

The annual base salary range for this role is $80,000-120,000. This range includes the anticipated low and high end of LMC’s salary range for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on various factors, including experience, education and/or skill level.
