About LMC:

LMC seeks an Executive Assistant in our New York City office. Responsibilities:

  • Be highly responsive to requests; providing fast, accurate, and thoughtful replies to requests and following up on action items on behalf of the managing partner as appropriate.
  • Scheduling and calendar management including coordination of meetings.
  • Provide effective and expeditious meeting coordination including agendas, notes, action items and follow-ups.
  • Screen and respond to phone calls and emails as appropriate. Handle incoming/outgoing packages and mail.
  • Successfully execute deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting correspondence, preparing presentations, and other tasks that support the managing partner's effectiveness.
  • Prepare engagement letters, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other requested documents.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Track and reconcile personal bills, health insurance claims and charitable contributions for the managing partner.
  • Manage special projects and take on additional duties as needed.

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • 6+ years of executive level administrative experience, preferably in the professional services industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Problem-solving, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to act as gatekeeper and escalate relevant information to managing partner as needed.
  • Ability to work effectively with attention to detail with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment, readily adapting to continually changing priorities & deadlines.

The annual base salary range for this role is $80,000-120,000. This range includes the anticipated low and high end of LMC’s salary range for this position. Actual compensation may vary based on various factors, including experience, education and/or skill level.
