Join Körber Supply Chain Software as Chief of Staff and become a key player in driving our leadership team's success! In this dynamic role, you’ll support the CEO and occasionally the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), using your sharp business acumen, strong judgment, and stellar communication skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You'll work independently on high-impact projects from start to finish, keeping a cool head under pressure.

If you have a proven track record in business management or as an Executive Assistant, especially in executive advising and interdepartmental collaboration, this role is perfect for you. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must, as is the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

What a day in the life looks like:

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and, on occasion, the ELT, including but not limited to: managing calendars, preparing presentations, travel coordination, and expense reporting
  • Lead coordination of activities, resources, and services for both internal and external events.
  • Communicate on behalf of the CEO, ensuring seamless interactions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Successfully liaison between employees, Leadership team and CEO
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement business strategies, while offering consultative insights for process improvements.
  • Support executive leadership team with driving implementations of new ideas and processes
  • Analyze and resolve key operational challenges, identifying core business issues and proposing solutions.
  • Successfully prepare and deliver critical materials for meetings, including agendas, meeting materials, presentations, and other documents as requested.
  • Proactively manage competing priorities, addressing needs in real-time to ensure completion of projects.
  • Establish trust and demonstrate leadership with senior management and the ELT
  • Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns, including those of sensitive or confidential nature.
  • Manage a variety of special projects for the CEO, some of which may have organizational impact.
  • Create a bridge for smooth communication between executive staff, internal departments and external stakeholders and/or customers.
  • Conduct risk assessments on new initiatives and business decisions, providing insight and strategic counsel to the CEO and ELT
  • Maintain the utmost level of confidentiality in all aspects of work and interaction with CEO and ELT

What you bring to the team:

  • Exceptional organization and time management
  • Previous experience working with C-Level executives in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding written and verbal etiquette
  • Ability to take direction while prioritizing tasks
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in business or communications
  • Exhibit the highest level of confidentiality concerning internal information
  • 7+ years combines as a Executive Assistant or Chief of Staf to CEO or in business management
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality

Salary range 130- 160K

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is based on evaluation during interview process, the candidates’ range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
