UNS (founded in 1988) is an international, Amsterdam-based architectural design studio with offices in Amsterdam, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Dubai and Frankfurt specializing in architecture, urban development and infrastructural projects.
To ensure UNS’ continuous growth and to make use of all knowledge developed within our global offices we are looking for an Executive Assistant.
In this challenging position you will support 2 Partners/Senior Architects in the broadest sense of the word. You arrange all information flows, handle them if possible independently and set things in motion; you show great involvement, you know how to organise the day as efficiently as possible, you plan, coordinate and ensure adequate follow-ups; you are often the first point of contact; you manage their complex agendas and you are a sparring partner; you always set the right priorities and you plan, organise and frequently book business trips and internal and external project team meetings.
In addition, you arrange lectures, presentations and workshops. You are responsible for keeping track of time and take care of the declarations and hour registration. Due to your involvement and knowledge of the business processes, you can anticipate on actions to be taken and offer proactive support.
Function Profile:
The ideal candidate is professional and honest with an open, no-nonsense attitude. You function independently, you have a helicopter view, and you switch quickly; you are flexible and accurate in your work and foresee the consequences of your actions; you are a discreet and intelligent team player that people feel comfortable with; you are both a doer and a thinker with excellent social, communication and organisational skills.
A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
Equivalent broad experience (min. 5 years) in similar position in an international (and/or creative) environment
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Resilient, highly adaptable to changing priorities ongoing
Fluent in both English and Dutch, this is a must
Proficient in MS office

Skills Required
