To support our extraordinary team who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Executive Assistant located in Austin, TX .
Reporting to the VP, SIOP the Executive Assistant more than an administrative role. You will be a trusted business partner who strengthens organizational effectiveness, accelerates execution, and connects leaders and teams across the enterprise.
What a typical day looks like:
Executive Support
- Manage complex executive calendars, global travel, communications, and priorities.
- Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and meeting documentation.
- Support expense management, approvals, and administrative processes.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, and business reviews.
Business Coordination
- Track key priorities, deliverables, and action items.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and project follow-up.
- Develop executive reports, presentations, and communications.
Communication & Engagement
- Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, customers, and stakeholders.
- Build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Support leadership communications, onboarding, and team engagement initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- 5-7 years of executive support experience partnering with VP-level or senior executive leaders in a fast-paced technology, supply chain, manufacturing, or high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with exceptional organization, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to anticipate executive needs before they arise.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality while working with senior leaders.
- Experience coordinating projects and driving accountability across multiple stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and collaboration tools.
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
