What is a day in the life of an Executive Assistant?
- Serve as a key support system for our Chief Brand Officer, Chief Architect, and future Chief Technology Officer.
- Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments to optimize executive time.
- Proactively manage and prioritize tasks to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and host visitors.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems.
- Plan and execute company events, from conception to completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors.
What will I need to thrive in this role?
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- A background in finance is a plus.
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Excellent communication, social, and organizational skills, with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
- A detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated work ethic.
- High ethical standards and a proven commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
What is the team like?
- You will work with the other C-Suite Executive Assistants and be supervised and mentored by the Senior Executive Assistant. This team is data driven and results oriented. You will collaborate regularly with members of your team to implement actionable solutions. Ideas and input are encouraged from all members.
