Role Overview

As an Executive Assistant, you will provide personal and administrative support to a Senior Level Executive or Henry Ford Medical Group Chair. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive¿s responsibilities, handling highly confidential matters, and contributing to the efficiency of the department.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and memorandums in final form.
  • Receive visitors and schedule meetings and conferences.
  • Maintain files and conduct special projects as assigned.
  • Gather data and prepare reports, answer correspondence, and conduct projects.
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

 

Qualifications

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/G.E.D.
  • Approximately five to seven (5-7) years of progressively more responsible related work experience.
  • Ability to type at 50 w.p.m. and use software packages.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associates Degree in business or a secretarial field.
