Summary: You'll be the right hand to our President, the trusted partner who keeps the President's office organized, on schedule, and ahead of the curve. Beyond calendar and travel management, you'll be a connective force across Product Development, Compliance, Legal, and Business Development, helping key projects and communications move forward with polish and precision.

What You'll Do:
- Run the day-to-day operations of the President's office
- Be the first point of contact for calls, correspondence, and visitors
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and special events for leadership
- Coordinate travel logistics for leadership and sales teams
- Prepare polished presentations, sales materials, and meeting collateral
- Handle document prep, filing, notarizations, and vendor coordination
- Keep cross-departmental projects and deliverables on track
What You Bring:
- A sharp eye for detail and a knack for staying two steps ahead
- Confidence with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- 1+ years in administrative, executive support, or office coordination (preferred)
- High school diploma required; business/office admin coursework a plus
