Cottage Health seeks a temporary Executive Assistant for the Nursing Administration department responsible for providing independent administrative support and develop workflow process and systems for a department and/or Vice President with minimal supervision and direction. Responsibilities include:
- Communication: Prepares routine correspondence (letters, memoranda, reports, minutes, etc.) and edits to assure grammatical accuracy and professional presentation. Responds on behalf of Vice President as directed.
- Sends out agendas prior to meeting, takes minutes, transcribes the information and distributes the minutes.
- Coordinates meetings, travel arrangements and other duties or projects as needed for members of the department and other duties or projects as needed.
- Performs administrative and executive support to the Vice President, including answering telephones, processing all incoming and outgoing mail, managing calendar, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, filing, faxing and copying, etc.
- Coordinates gathering of input, documents, etc. from single sources for reports and presentations.
Serves as liaison for the department/work unit.
